It is with great pride, responsibility, and a clear vision that I founded Kigali City Football Club.
The decision to name our club "Kigali City Football Club" was made in good faith, with the sole purpose of promoting football development, attracting investment, creating opportunities for young people, and contributing positively to the sporting and economic growth of the City of Kigali and the Republic of Rwanda.
Our choice of name reflects our admiration for Kigali as one of Africa's fastest-growing, safest, cleanest, and most innovative cities. We believe the club can serve as a sporting ambassador that showcases Kigali to regional and international audiences through football, tourism, business, youth development, and cultural exchange.
The name was never intended to mislead the public, imply government ownership, or create any conflict with existing institutions, organizations, trademarks, or applicable laws. Kigali City Football Club is an independent private football organization established as a legitimate sports business and investment venture.
